Green thumbs unite! The Kitsap Master Gardener Foundation’s Annual Plant Sale is back, and it's bigger and better than ever!
MAY 13, 2023 (9:00am-3:00pm) at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds in the Presidents Hall.
Join us for a day of shopping, learning, and connecting with fellow plant enthusiasts, all while supporting a great cause. With a huge selection of beautiful, healthy plants, and expert guidance from Kitsap’s Master Gardeners, this is an event you don't want to miss.
All proceeds from the sale will benefit the foundation, so come out, have a great time, and make a difference!
* FREE PARKING AND ADMISSION* Plenty of parking in Fairgrounds lots. Bring your own small cart to help carry your treasures back to your car.
*THE PRESIDENTS HALL* Over 19,000 sq ft of shopping space! Wider aisles for plenty of elbow room and new, FASTER checkout lines. Controlled entry during the morning rush to limit congestion.
*VENDORS AND MERCH* New coffee stand this year hosted by Catherine's Custom Coffee! Dahlias for sale by Pappa Paul's Dahlias and Agape Farms Dahlias. Knox Bees, the Kitsap Conservation District, and a Master Gardener Booth will also be on site! Stay tuned as we highlight them all here on MGFKC Facebook in the coming weeks! We will also have our usual array of colorful garden gloves for sale.
*PLANTS, PLANTS, PLANTS* Perennials, herbs, vegetables, native plants, ornamentals! Get a start on your growing season with our selection of tomato starts. You'll find plants for sun and shade, with plenty of Master Gardeners around to help you select the right plants for your garden this year.
The Annual Plant Sale has become a very special tradition for us here in Kitsap County, and we are THRILLED to be hosting again!
As always, profits from this sale help make the following WSU Kitsap Master Gardener activities possible: 1. Care and maintenance of Demonstration Gardens 2. Diagnostic clinics at Farmer’s Markets and public events 3. Youth programs at Demonstration Gardens 4. Public seminars and tours
